I'm the Outside Sales Rep in Texas 

 Russ is from Grand Prairie Texas and works with Memco in Outside Sales. He has 25 years’ experience in the Food Industry in all areas of food production. Everything from the harvest, fabrication, further processing and portion control in the Beef, Pork, Poultry and Produce Industry.

He is an avid outdoors man and spend a lot of time Crappie fishing and hunting.
